The most recent IRS data indicates that the average federal income tax rate is just over 14%.<\/p>\n<p>The Bidens also reported donating $30,704 to 10 different charities, and that they\u2019d paid $28,794 in Delaware state income tax.<\/p>\n<p>The release of the Bidens\u2019 tax returns comes as the president is proposing tax increases on wealthy Americans and corporations to pay for his <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a>-spending and infrastructure packages. The president is, for example, aiming to increase the capital gains tax to 39.6% from 20% for those making more than $1 million a year.<\/p>\n<p>Biden also wants to boost the Internal Revenue Service\u2019s budget to help the agency collect unpaid taxes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> Biden calls for increasing the IRS\u2019s budget by 67%.
