Faye Webster has shared a new video for the title track from her forthcoming LP I Know I\u2019m Funny haha<\/em>. The album is out June 25 via Secretly Canadian<\/a>. Check out the video below.<\/p>\n

In a statement on the song\u2014and album\u2014Webster said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI Know I\u2019m Funny haha\u201d went from being a thought, to a lyric, to a song title, to an album title. These are the thoughts that go through my head when writing a song\u2014things that people might easily overlook and don\u2019t think are worthy or pretty enough to be sung. I think that\u2019s what people relate to it the most, and I think it\u2019s an aspect of songwriting that you don\u2019t get to hear often. This song feels all over the place but at the same time, it tells a story so simple and understandable. Me not getting my security deposit back from my landlord, my partner\u2019s family forgetting who I am because they were drunk, wanting to be in a rock band with Booth\u2026. It almost sounds like a mad lib at first sight, but it just works.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Webster has previously shared four tracks from I Know I\u2019m Funny haha<\/em>: \u201cCheers,\u201d \u201cBetter Distractions,\u201d \u201cIn a Good Way,\u201d and \u201cBoth All the Time.\u201d<\/p>\n
