If the cancel culture crew keeps up its \u201cwoke\u201d campaign, men like Joe Rogan are in danger of being silenced forever, Rogan claims.<\/p>\n

In an interview with comedia<\/a>n Joe List on \u201cThe Joe Rogan Experience\u201d podcast, the host lamented at how oppressed the once irreverent comedy scene has become as of late. <\/p>\n

\u201cCan you make a good comedy movie anymore, or have they made it so dangerous in terms of being canceled, that comedy movies<\/a> are no longer something you can do?\u201d Rogan asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can never be woke enough, that\u2019s the problem,\u201d he proclaimed. \u201cIt keeps going. It keeps going further and further and further down the line, and if you get to the point where you capitulate, where you agree to all these demands, it\u2019ll eventually get to \u2014\u00a0straight white men are not allowed to talk. Because it\u2019s your privilege to express yourself when other people of color have been silenced throughout history.\u201d<\/p>\n

On a recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan claims that it will soon get to the point where \u201cstraight white men are not allowed to talk\u201d due to \u201cwoke culture\u201d run amok.<\/span>YouTube<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

He continued, \u201cIt will be, you\u2019re not allowed to go outside. Because so many people were imprisoned for so many \u2026\u201d <\/p>\n

Rogan was interrupted by a laughing List. \u201cI\u2019m not joking,\u201d the 53-year-old podcaster said. \u201cIt really will get there. It\u2019s that crazy.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cWe just gotta be nice to each other, man. And there\u2019s a lot of people that are taking advantage of this weirdness in our culture, and then that becomes their thing. Their thing is calling people out for their privilege, calling people out for their position.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s f -\u2009- king crazy times,\u201d Rogan concluded, capp<\/a>ing off a hot take that spawned a trending topic on Twitter<\/a> overnight and into Tuesday. <\/p>\n

Rogan boasts more than 11 million listeners on his podcast, which was acquired by Spotify to the tune of $100 million last year. Earlier this year, the music streaming platform removed a number of controversial past episodes of \u201cThe Joe Rogan Experience,\u201d including interviews with Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes, disgraced comedian Chris D\u2019Elia and former Breitbart news<\/a> editor Milo Yiannopoulos.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
