will \u201cknock out the teeth\u201d of any foreign adversary that challenges its sovereignty over any territory it claims, President Vladimir Putin warned amid escalating tensions with America. <\/p>\n<p>Putin, who made the remarks Thursday while delivering televised remarks at a virtual meeting with senior officials, declined to call out any adversary or territory by name. <\/p>\n<p>However his blunt threat came less than one day after his top diplomat, Sergey Lavrov, clashed with his American counterpart, US Secretary of State Tony Blinken, at a tense summit over the issue of the Arctic.<\/p>\n<p>Russia is amassing a formidable array of military weapons in the Arctic \u2013 including the Poseidon 2M39, a stealth nuclear-powered torpedo that has been dubbed the \u201csuper-weapon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn all times, the same thing h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened: once Russia grew stronger, they found pretexts to hamper its development,\u201d the Russian president said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone wants to bite us or bite something off us, but those who would like to do so should know that we would knock their teeth out so that they couldn\u2019t bite,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe development of our military is the guarantee of that.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure Zemlianichenko<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On Wednesday evening, Blinken and Lavrov huddled on the sidelines of an Arctic Council meeting in Reykjavik for a 90 minute chat.<\/p>\n<p>Both in and out of the meeting, Blinken stated the US commitment to keeping the Arctic under the authority of the international community rather than one single nation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Arctic is a region for strategic competition that has seized the world\u2019s attention,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Lavrov told reporters that he told Blinken \u201cthat we see no grounds for conflict here. Even more so for any development of military programs of some blocks here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to reporters after the 90-minute sit-down, a senior State Department official said that Lavrov told Blinken that Russia \u201cagreed\u2026that we have good cooperation at the Arctic Council on Arctic issues and that we can build on this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The official added that the US viewed the meeting as \u201can effort to test the proposition that we could build a more stable and predictable relationship\u201d with Moscow.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img will go over the course of different venues over some time.\u00a0But I think it\u2019s fair to say this was a good start,\u201d they added, calling it a \u201cbusinesslike, productive discussion\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moscow continues to flex its military muscle in Ukraine and in the Black Sea \u2014 alongside its warning to the US to back off, which caused Biden to\u00a0turn two US warships around\u00a0in April that were headed to the Black Sea.<\/p>\n<p>President Biden declared a national emergency last month,\u00a0slapping sanctions\u00a0on more than three dozen people in
