The Issue: Anchor Chris Cuomo\u2019s politically advising his brother, Gov. Cuomo, despite journalistic ethics.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CNN has decided it won\u2019t take disciplinary action against Chris Cuo\u00admo (\u201cCNN won\u2019t punish its Dem-igod,\u201d Kyle Smith, May 21).<\/p>\n

This should prove once and for all that CNN is nothing more than an arm of the Democratic Party. Multiple CNN staffers admitted Cuomo violated traditional journalistic standards. If you can\u2019t meet CNN\u2019s low standards, yet it won\u2019t discipline you, it shows how poorly CNN is run. As usual, the laws and standards that app<\/a>ly to the rest of us do not apply to the Cuomo brothers. <\/p>\n

Our First Amendment-ignorant friend Chris said during last year\u2019s summer-long George Floyd riots, \u201cAnd please, show me where it says that protesters have to be polite and peaceful.\u201d Will he now say: \u201cShow me where it says I\u2019m violating journalistic standards just because I love my big brother\u201d? The curtain must come down on the stupid, kvetching Chris & Andy Show.<\/p>\n
