An Asian man was pushed onto the subway tracks in front of an oncoming train in Queens Monday morning, according to cops and police sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old victim was at the 21st Street \u2013 Queensbridge F train station around 7:45 a.m. when another man shoved him, according to authorities and the sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The train went into emergency mode and didn\u2019t hit the victim, police sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He was taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center with a cut on his forehead.<\/p>\n

It was not immedia<\/a>tely clear what provoked the attack.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The suspect, who fled to the street, is described as a man between 20 and 30 years old, about 5-foot-11, last seen wearing a mask over his face and a black hooded sweater and black pants.<\/p>\n
