Arc System Works has announced<\/a> the start of its \u201cNekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun<\/em> 35th Anniversary Project,\u201d as well as revealed the series<\/a>\u2019 35th anniversary logo. <\/span><\/p>\n
Known as Renegade<\/em> in the west, Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun<\/em> was first launched in Japanese arcades in May 1986, and led to numerous subsequent works for home consoles starring protagonist Kunio-kun and rival Riki, including Super Dodge Ball<\/em>, River City Ransom<\/em>, and Downtown Nekketsu March: Super Awesome Field Day<\/em>. With the release of spin-offs such as 2019\u2019s River City Girls<\/em>, the series has gained a wide range of support.<\/p>\n
The celebrate the 35th anniversary of Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun<\/em>, a variety of projects are currently underway, including new game<\/a> releases, related products, and collaborations for one year starting this month.<\/p>\n
