“#Cops Called On Casey Anthony After Heated Fight Over Ex-Boyfriend

\nWe don\u2019t know if it\u2019s the fact it\u2019s the ten year anniversary of her acquittal or what, but Casey Anthony<\/strong> is in the news<\/a> a lot lately. And, as ever, it\u2019s not for a good reason.<\/p>\n

Recently we\u2019ve picked our jaws up off the floor at the idea she was starting a detective agency to\u00a0help other \u201cwrongfully accused\u201d women and were somewhat less surprised to learn a juror from the murder trial is still haunted by the case.<\/p>\n

The latest headlines are a little different \u2014 in fact, they\u2019re straight out of an episode descript<\/a>ion for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em>. Per a police report obtained\u00a0by\u00a0TMZ<\/em>, the controversial figure was involved in a skirmish with another woman over her ex-boyfriend, and the cops had to be called after drinks were thrown.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Casey was in a bar called O\u2019Shea\u2019s Irish Pub in West Palm Beach, Florida when she had a run-in with a woman \u2014 scratch that, an old enemy, apparently\u00a0 \u2014 named Thelma Moya<\/strong>. The pair share an ex-boyfriend in common. As in, at the same time. It would appear they\u2019ve had something of a feud going ever since.<\/p>\n

Police were called in as the argument was described as one woman throwing a drink in another\u2019s face. Casey was there to greet them, explaining the situation. She told them she did not want to file a restraining order against Thelma but did want to make sure the incident was documented. Hmm.<\/p>\n

Anthony was accused of murdering her daughter Caylee<\/strong> after being caught lying about key aspects of the disappearance \u2014 but in a trial that ended in the summer of 2011, she was found guilty only on the charges of providing false information to police. So one could certainly understand why the woman wouldn\u2019t want any misunderstandings with any legal issues.<\/p>\n

But it may be more complicated than that.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/em> later reported that Casey\u2019s PR manager reached out to them and explained the two women are actually former friends \u2014 or frenemies now, we guess \u2014 and she didn\u2019t want to press charges. Casey also maintains Thelma attacked her under \u201cfalse pretenses\u201d, though it\u2019s unclear if the ladies worked out the misunderstanding before the cops got there.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll tell you this \u2014 boyfriend beef or not, we wouldn\u2019t want to be on this woman\u2019s bad side, either!<\/p>\n
