The official website for the anime adaptation Natsuki Kizu\u2019s <\/span>Given<\/span><\/i> manga announced that the series will receive a new OVA titled <\/span>Given: Uragawa no Sonzai (Given: The One on the Flip-Side),<\/span><\/i> as well as a live-action adaptation. The OVA will follow the two characters Mafuyu and Ritsuka during events of the <\/span>Given<\/span><\/i> film. The OVA will ship alongside a limited edition of the manga\u2019s seventh volume on December 1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the six-episode live-action series is set to premiere in Japan on July 17. The cast includes Jin Suzuki as Ritsuka Uenoyama, singer Sanari as Mafuyu Sat\u014d, Kai Inowaki as Akihiko Kaji, and Shuntar\u014d Yanagi as Haruki Nakayama.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Given<\/span><\/i> TV anime premiered in July 2019, and the film premiered in August 2020. Crunchyroll streamed both the film and the series and describes the story as:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
