\nThe rift in the Jackass<\/em> family seems to be getting worse.<\/p>\n

As we\u2019ve been reporting, the production of Jackass 4<\/em> became tense when Bam Margera<\/strong> failed to stay sober as required by his contract. The star blamed producer\/director Jeff Tremaine<\/strong>, ringleader Johnny Knoxville<\/strong>, and Paramount<\/strong> for contract restrictions he compared to \u201ctorture,\u201d but his failure to meet the requirements led him to be fired from the film.<\/p>\n

Since then, the skateboarder hasn\u2019t been quiet about his anger and frustration towards Johnny and Jeff, frequently posting about it on Instagram<\/strong> as well as speaking with TMZ<\/em>. As much as we\u2019ve seen of this feud playing out in public, things may have escalated further behind the scenes, because Tremaine has now filed for a restraining order against Bam.<\/p>\n

What specifically caused the director to take legal action is unclear, but according to documents obtained by The Blast<\/em>, Tremaine claimed he\u2019s been the victim of \u201charassment\u201d by the stuntman. Seeing how often Bam has thrown him under the bus in recent months, claims of harassment are sadly easy for us to believe. Over the last month, he\u2019s posted pictures of Knoxville and Tremaine with the caption \u201cbare knuckle boxing,\u201d<\/a> as well as a shot of himself and Johnny, writing:<\/p>\n

\u201cJohnny Knoxville is handsome and brave. But if we had to fight, I will knock him out in one punch. Without a doubt \u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
