“#Peter Weber Gets ‘Brutally Honest’ About Kelley Flanagan\u2019s ‘Calculated’ Breakup Comments!

\nPeter Weber<\/strong> responded to the bombshells that Kelley Flanagan<\/strong> dropped about their breakup \u2014 and he\u2019s not here for it!<\/p>\n

In case you missed it, Kelley didn\u2019t hold back while talking about her December 2020 split from Weber on Chicks in the Office<\/em> last week,<\/em> saying how their second try at a relationship \u201cended really badly\u201d when she \u201cfound some news<\/a> out\u201d that was troubling. It turned out so bad the reality star eventually told him to \u201cget the hell out of my life\u201d and \u201close my number.\u201d Eek! Yeah, we would say that is a pretty messy end.<\/p>\n

Now, Peter has clapp<\/a>ed back\u00a0after hearing his ex-girlfriend\u2019s interesting<\/em> comments over on the Bachelors in the City<\/em> podcast. The former Bachelor lead called Flanagan\u2019s remarks \u201ccalculated\u201d and \u201cdisingenuous,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna be so brutally, brutally honest with you guys for however long this goes on for and just speak from the heart. I thought it was very calculated. I thought, after hearing how it went, that it was very trying to push for a headline.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Notice how he attacks\u00a0how<\/em> she spoke about it but not the content of her statements? Almost like he can\u2019t defend against them? He continued:<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s too bad. I didn\u2019t necessarily expect that from Kelley \u2014 it kind of caught me off guard.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Did it really, Pilot Pete?? It\u2019s not like she hasn\u2019t been sprinkling hints here and there \u2014 especially after\u00a0he<\/em> was the one who announced their uncoupling on New Year\u2019s Eve despite her request to wait a couple of days.<\/p>\n

The aviator went on to express how thankful he was for their time together \u2014 even though things have become rather unpleasant since:<\/p>\n

\u201cKelley is so much more than just a girl from the Bachelor<\/em>, a girl that I was in a relationship with. The breakup was obviously very hard on the both of us. I\u2019ve been very open how truly \u2014 and I\u2019m not just saying this \u2014 Kelley was the best relationship that I have ever had in my life. And [I] could not be more grateful for that 10 months that we did have together.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Wait, he\u2019s taking the high road\u00a0after<\/em> calling her \u201ccalculated\u201d? Bold move.<\/p>\n

Despite the romance with Flanagan being \u201cthe best\u201d, Weber reiterated that he has \u201cmore than 100 percent moved on,\u201d and there is no chance of them reuniting in the future:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I\u2019m about to say is not in any way meant to indicate that I\u2019m still holding out hope or whatnot, no \u2014 I\u2019m more than 100 percent moved on. I know that we aren\u2019t right for each other. I\u2019ve accepted that. I\u2019m so thankful for our time together, but I know that Kelley and I aren\u2019t meant to be together, and that\u2019s okay.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Got it, got it! However, we kind of already figured that there was no way the pair would give it a shot again based on the attorney\u2019s strong statements. But it\u2019s a good thing the exes can agree that they aren\u2019t compatible, at least! In the end, the 29-year-old reality star said he \u201ccan\u2019t wait to find my person\u201d and wishes Kelley nothing but the best:<\/p>\n

\u201cClosure\u2019s such a great thing \u2014 I can\u2019t force Kelley to get closure. I want her to be happy. Be happy, let this go, let it be.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Let it go?\u00a0Let it go<\/em>?? Hmm, is he really so past it he\u2019s in a zen ex-boyfriend state? Or would he rather her not get closure the way\u00a0she<\/em> needs if it makes him look bad?<\/p>\n
