class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While recently taking advantage of quarantine to conduct a thorough rewatch of <em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em>, I was reminded of all the random, failed relationships that were formed within the walls of Seattle\u2019s finest fictional hospital.<\/p>\n<p><em>Grey\u2019s<\/em> fans are familiar with the iconic relationships and messy love triangles that have become a staple of the medical drama, but these six possibly forgotten about flings were questionable, to say the least.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Izzie_Stevens_and_George_OMalley\"><\/span>Izzie Stevens and George O\u2019Malley<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Everyone, including Izzie and George, agreed that their relationship never should\u2019ve h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened. Unfortunately, the two originals, who were better off just as best friends, tempted fate anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Their fling happened during Season 3 after Denny Duquette passed and George hooked up with Izzie during a drunken night of hanging out.\u00a0Needless to say, it turned out that they didn\u2019t have much chemistry together when sober, thus their attempted relationship suffered an embarrassing death.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lexie_Grey_and_Jackson_Avery\"><\/span>Lexie Grey and Jackson Avery<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Before Jackson\u2019s notable relationships with April and Maggie, he found himself involved with Lexie Grey at the request of none other than Mark Sloan. Mark sent Jackson to spy on Lexie, but what resulted was a brief relationship that only got more complicated as the days went on.<\/p>\n<p>As Jackson realized he wanted to pursue plastic surgery, he was all but forced to cut Lexie off. It didn\u2019t help that she certainly still had feelings for Jackson\u2019s teacher. They were never meant to be.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alex_Karev_and_Lucy_Fields\"><\/span>Alex Karev and Lucy Fields<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Alex\u2019s love life on <em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em> was never perfect, but there was a time where we thought maybe he caught a break following his time with Rebecca Pope and Izzie. Lucy Fields came into Alex\u2019s life in Season 7, but she sure didn\u2019t stay long.<\/p>\n<p>Once they started to get serious and contemplated what the future held for them, Lucy stole Alex\u2019s job in Africa. Alex stayed focused on his work until Jo Wilson came along nearly a year later.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Arizona_Robbins_and_Leah_Murphy\"><\/span>Arizona Robbins and Leah Murphy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you do remember this relationship, you\u2019re probably wishing you didn\u2019t. After Callie and Arizona\u2019s fairytale ended in one tragedy after the other, Arizona got close with Leah Murphy. It didn\u2019t help that Murphy was one of the least-liked docs to walk through the halls of Grey Sloan, but she just didn\u2019t have much compatibility with the experienced Arizona. (And neither did Eliza Minnick, but let\u2019s try to keep that relationship forgotten.)<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Miranda_Bailey_and_Nurse_Eli\"><\/span>Miranda Bailey and Nurse Eli<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dr. Bailey\u2019s one true love is undoubtedly Ben Warren, but before they tied the knot, Bailey snuck around the hospital with a nurse. Eli Lloyd was persistent in his pursuits of Bailey in Season 7. After initially resisting, she gave in and kept their relations on the low. Luckily for everyone, Ben slid back in the picture and eventually swooned Bailey away from her rebound.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Derek_Shepherd_and_Nurse_Rose\"><\/span>Derek Shepherd and Nurse Rose<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Despite their undeniable love, Derek and Meredith were on-again, off-again for quite some time in the early days of <em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em>. Going back to Season 4, Derek dated Nurse Rose during a pivotal time in his life. He started working on a clinical trial alongside Meredith, which only made things more complicated for McDreamy.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Derek and Rose kept things slow and steady, Meredith ended up right back in Derek\u2019s arms. On the surface, Rose actually wasn\u2019t a bad partner for Derek.
