\nPost Malone and Swae Lee\u2019s 2018 collaborative effort \u201cSunflower\u201d off the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse<\/em> soundtrack was a smash hit, getting a diamond certification by the Recording Industry Association of America in November 2020. It looks like people aren\u2019t tired of the record, though, as the song just hit another milestone.<\/p>\n

According to an Instagram post by OurGenerationMusic<\/em>, \u201cSunflower\u201d has gone 12x-platinum. Within a year of its release in October 2018, \u201cSunflower\u201d went 8x-platinum before moving over 10,000,000 copies in November of last year. The song became so popular, Post Malone put it on his 2019 LP,\u00a0Hollywood\u2019s Bleeding<\/em>. \u201cSunflower\u201d was also nominated for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo\/Group Performance at the 62nd GRAMMYs.<\/p>\n
