{"id":264507,"date":"2021-06-02T08:06:04","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T05:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/trace-your-cryptopunks-history-with-etherscans-new-nft-toolkit\/"},"modified":"2021-06-02T08:06:04","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T05:06:04","slug":"trace-your-cryptopunks-history-with-etherscans-new-nft-toolkit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/trace-your-cryptopunks-history-with-etherscans-new-nft-toolkit\/","title":{"rendered":"# Trace your CryptoPunk&#8217;s history with Etherscan\u2019s new NFT toolkit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong># Trace your CryptoPunk&#8217;s history with Etherscan\u2019s new NFT toolkit <\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\" data-v-5a136f3a>Ethereum blockchain explorer and analytics platform Etherscan has enabled NFT tracking as part of its transaction tracking tool kit. <\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> post yesterday, Etherscan revealed that users will now be able to \u201ctrack most NFT activity on Ethereum,\u201d which includes both ERC721 and ERC1155 based non-fungible tokens. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Did you know? <\/p>\n<p> Transaction Action now supports most NFT activity on Ethereum &#8211; including both ERC721 and ERC1155! <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MAOQcIIU9Y\">pic.twitter.com\/MAOQcIIU9Y<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Etherscan.io (@etherscan) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/etherscan\/status\/1399692200447971331?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 1, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>The new feature will help provide more transparency on a significant percentage of the NFT market, and may help new investors ascertain the value of an NFT as they can now look up its entire price history, transaction dates and minting date. <\/p>\n<p>Etherscan users can use the \u201cnon-fungible tokens transfers\u201d section to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/etherscan.io\/tokentxns-nft\">look<\/a> up NFT minting, distribution, transfers, and burn events of popular non-fungible projects such as CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club and Sorare. <\/p>\n<p>Etherscan\u2019s NFT tracker <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/etherscan.io\/tokens-nft\">shows<\/a> that Sorare in particular, has had a rolling seven-day average of 26,138 NFT transfers, with the next best seven-day transfer volume from Bonsai at 9,557. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2021-06\/c88add6f-0845-44a5-8585-e8f8e3ca3ab8.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\">Non-fungible token tracker on Etherscan.io<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The ability to track NFTs will also mean the transactions on popular NFT marketplaces such as Nifty Gateway, Rarible, and OpenSea are more transparent, with the NFT tracking showing the marketplace where the trade was conducted, as well as the recipient address of the trade. <\/p>\n<p>Collectors using NBA Top Shot however won\u2019t be able to view the platform\u2019s NFT transactions as that project uses Flow Blockchain. <\/p>\n<p>Etherscan was built and launched in 2015, and is focused on providing real-time Ethereum network analytics such recording and updating the status of transactions and addresses on the network.<\/p>\n<p>The firm adds NFT tracking to its list of other blockchain-based services, including \u201cBinance BSC Explorer\u201d which is a block explorer for the Binance Smart Chain, &#8220;ETHProtect\u201d \u2014 which is a detection system used to identify if incoming funds are tainted \u2014 and \u201cBlockscan\u201d which is a search engine for decentralized website domains. <\/p>\n<p>On May 21, Ethereum layer-two scaling solutions provider Optimism announced a partnership with Etherscan. Optimism has integrated Etherscan to enable users to monitor deposits, withdrawals, and view when layer-two transactions are pre-confirmed along with when they have been posted and finalized in batches on layer-one.<\/p>\n<p><template data-name=\"subscription_form\" data-type=\"markets_outlook\"><\/template><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
