Financial statements filed in March show both parties agreed to terminate their sublicense agreement, with Canopy recognizing a C$10.3 million ($8.6 million) impairment on the investment later that month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have indeed divested from More Life and the facility in Scarborough which had been intended to be part of that agreement is now Canopy Growth\u2019s R&amp;D facility, where we will work on plant <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> and science development projects,\u201d Canopy director of communications Jennifer White said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the corporation also \u201cderecognized\u201d almost C$33.7 million in remaining minimum royalty obligations owing to More Life.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B4gK3hGFNaV\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"13\" style=\" background:#FFF;
