\nKate Middleton<\/strong> has made it her mission to keep the peace!<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old\u2019s uncle Gary Goldsmith<\/strong> recently weighed in on the tension between Prince Harry<\/strong> and Prince William<\/strong>, revealing how his niece is \u201ctrying to mediate\u201d what he believes is a \u201cself-indulgent episode\u201d from the Duke of Sussex.<\/p>\n

Talking to Closer Magazine<\/em>, the family member bashed the rogue prince and said he needed to \u201cget a grip\u201d before his feud with the Duke of Cambridge went too far:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you want an easy life, work it out privately and have a conversation respectfully. Don\u2019t air it in public, it\u2019s really hurtful. The harsh truth \u2014 in my opinion \u2014 is that if Harry doesn\u2019t get a grip and stop this self-indulgent episode, there will soon be no common ground or relationship to rebuild.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Many would argue, though, that it already has surpassed any hopes of reconciliation \u2014 especially after Harry kept dishing out blows against his father Prince Charles<\/strong> in recent interviews. Still, Gary has a ton of faith in the Duchess of Cambridge\u2019s ability to bring the siblings back together:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf anyone can bring peace to the royals, Kate can. Kate is a brilliant arbiter and peacemaker. Every bone in her body is about making friends and doing the best she can \u2026 She\u2019s trying to mediate.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The uncle then noted how Harry and Kate \u201cwere great friends, they were a trio with William and a strong unit,\u201d before he and Meghan Markle<\/strong> decided to leave his role as a senior member of the royal family in 2020. That being said, he explained how Kate \u201cwouldn\u2019t like that [rift] happ<\/a>ening and she is trying to look after her husband and do what she can to make things right.\u201d<\/p>\n

To be honest, gurl, it is going to take a lot more than a mediator to fix what is going on between Harry and William!<\/p>\n

These new comments from Goldsmith come just weeks after the 36-year-old continued to open up about his experiences with the royal institution in a new mental health docuseries<\/a> with Oprah Winfrey<\/strong>, The Me You Can\u2019t See<\/em>. In the show, Harry detailed how he was often met with \u201ctotal silence\u201d whenever reaching out for help from his family regarding his or Meghan\u2019s mental health.\u00a0 Ouch!<\/p>\n

So coupled with the previous allegations of racism in the palace and the digs at Charles\u2019 cycle of \u201cgenetic pain,\u201d we can see why the institution has been a tad peeved at the ex-military member for publicly airing out their dirty laundry! A source previously told Us Weekly<\/em> that William hasn\u2019t been thrilled about Harry\u2019s comments, saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cWilliam feels that Harry should discuss his issues privately and can\u2019t comprehend why he continues to shade his own flesh and blood on TV. Of course, mental health is a serious issue, but William can\u2019t get his head around why Harry keeps throwing his family under the bus.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Now, we are no therapists here, but perhaps he is trying to finally give y\u2019all a hint after you haven\u2019t been allegedly listening for years. Just saying, but what do we know!<\/p>\n
