Anytime they\u2019re photographed doing something in public, fans pay attention to every little detail. One of those details is JAY-Z always rubbing his wife\u2019s leg at public outings.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are several pictures circulating online of JAY-Z touching Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s leg over the years and fans have been trying to wonder why he\u2019s always doing that. Some people claimed Hov does it to ease Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s alleged public anxiety, but that doesn\u2019t seem to be the case. According to the singer\u2019s mother, Tina Knowles, the answer is pretty simple.<\/p>\n
