Food Network star Ree Drummond\u2019s nephew was charged with DWI three months after a near-fatal car crash near the family\u2019s ranch in Oklahoma, according to a report. <\/p>\n

Caleb Drummond was busted on April 17 in Osage County when cops found him asleep in his vehicle with guns and an open container of alcohol, TMZ reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors charged Caleb with driving while impaired and for driving with an open container, according to TMZ. <\/p>\n

Cops say he dozed off in his car, which smelled like alcohol, and had ammunition and a 9mm handgun, according to reports. Caleb Drummond was left in critical condition following the head-on collision with his uncle Ladd Drummond after the pair were fighting a fire that broke out on the ranch. <\/p>\n

Caleb, 21, suffered leg, and arm injuries as well as internal bleeding and was taken to a Tulsa hospital, while Ladd, 57, refused medical attention but suffered a fractured neck. <\/p>\n

\u201cI know I shouldn\u2019t have been driving,\u201d Caleb said after the crash, according to TMZ. \u201cI\u2019m glad I wasn\u2019t caught a few hours ago.\u201d <\/p>\n

Following the collision, the \u201cThe Pioneer Woman\u201d host said on Facebook<\/a> that the two were in the hospital but \u201cwill both be okay,\u201d and thanked fans for their \u201clove and kindness. A month later, she said<\/a> her husband and nephew were \u201chealing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCaleb is doing good. He\u2019s pretty much all healed up and back to his normal life,\u201d said Todd, Ree and Ladd\u2019s a 17-year-old son. <\/p>\n

Things are now looking better for the family. <\/p>\n

In May, Drummond, 52, gushed<\/a> about her daughter Alex\u2019s wedding. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was even more special than any of us could have hoped for,\u201d she wrote on her website.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
