The gunman\u00a0allegedly\u00a0responsible for\u00a0the senseless killing\u00a0of a 10-year-old Queens boy was arrested on\u00a0Tuesday, the NYPD said.<\/p>\n

Jovan Young, 29, was charged with murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the horrifying weekend shooting, police said.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources said that cops had\u00a0recovered a gun tied to the\u00a0individual.<\/p>\n

Chilling surveillance video\u00a0showed the gunman\u00a0walking on the sidewalk in front of a home on Beach 45th\u00ad Street around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, reaching his arm through its iron railing \u2014 and pumping a barrage of bullets at the house.<\/p>\n

Fifth-grader Justin Wallace took a bullet to the abdomen, and his 29-year-old uncle suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder.<\/p>\n

The slain boy\u2019s father, Albert Wallace,\u00a0told The Post on Sunday\u00a0that the shooting stemmed from a\u00a0long-simmering dispute\u00a0between his relatives and their neighbors over a shared driveway.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
