Kaedehara Kazuha can use his Elemental Skill, Chihayaburu, to pull opponents and objects in and take to the air before executing his unique Plunging attack, Midare Ranzan, to deal Anemo DMG and generate a wind tunnel that pulls opponents in.<\/li>\n
Chihayaburu has a Tapping Mode and a Holding Mode. The former can be executed in mid-air, while the latter expands the skill\u2019s AoE, increasing DMG.<\/li>\n
Kaedehara Kazuha\u2019s Elemental Burst, Kazuha Slash, leaves behind a field known as Autumn Whirlwind that deals Anemo DMG to opponents at set intervals.<\/li>\n

A part of the \u201cMillennial Movement\u201d that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10% when wielded. When characters trigger Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.<\/li>\n
When you possess two Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain \u201cMillennial Movement: Song of Resistance\u201d for 12s. \u201cMillennial Movement: Song of Resistance\u201d increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG and ATK.<\/li>\n
Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the \u201cMillennial Movement,\u201d buffs of the same type will not stack.<\/li>\n
