After revealing<\/span><\/a> that the Remake Our Life! <\/strong><\/em>TV anime adaptation was set to premiere on July 3 the other day, it was announced<\/span><\/a> on the anime’s website that the first episode of the series<\/a> will be one hour long<\/strong>. Japanese cable channel AT-X confirmed<\/span><\/a> that the second episode onwards would only be the usual length in a 30-minute\u00a0time slot.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Remake Our Life!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0light novel series is published in Japan by\u00a0KADOKAWA<\/em>\u00a0under their MF Bunjo J imprint. The story\u00a0begins in 2016 and\u00a0follows Kyouya Hashiba, a 28-year-old video game<\/a> designer. After his company goes bankrupt, Kyouya returns to his hometown to live with his parents in an effort to get back on his feet. One night Kyouya goes to bed sulking about his failed dreams of being a brilliant creator, but when he wakes up, he finds that’s he’s time-slipped 10 years into the past to 2006. Kyouya gets to re-live his college years at a co-ed dorm, only this time around, he decides to be an art student.<\/p>\n

Remake Our Life!\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is scheduled to begin airing on July 3 on TOKYO MX at 10 PM with direction by\u00a0Tomoki Kobayashi<\/strong>\u00a0(Infinite Dendrogram<\/em><\/strong>)\u00a0and novel author\u00a0Nachi Kio<\/strong>\u00a0himself as the series composition writer.
