Interior designer\u00a0Jill Morris, who launched her career as a 1980s fashion model, is selling her own Upper East Side home at 210 E. 73rd St. <\/p>\n

The area is known as Eastgate, and this is one of six Emory Roth-designed pre-war buildings, developed by Bing & Bing, on the block. <\/p>\n

The renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op is asking $1.65 million. <\/p>\n

The residence features an open living\/dining space with a woodburning fireplace. <\/p>\n

Details include oak floors, high ceilings and three walk-in closets.<\/p>\n

Building amenities included a landscaped courtyard garden, a gym and bike room. <\/p>\n

Morris has recently been focused on redesigning her own properties in Pebble Beach, Calif., and Palm Beach, Fla., said listing broker Rob Taub of Douglas Elliman.<\/p>\n
