Here\u2019s how to show, hide, and configure parts of the widget.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Get_the_News_and_Interests_Widget_in_Windows_10\"><\/span>How to Get the News and Interests Widget in Windows 10<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> The News and Interests widget was enabled for all fully updated Windows 10 PCs on June 9, 2021. It will automatically <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear\u00a0on your taskbar. If your PC has the widget available and enabled, you\u2019ll see it on the taskbar in the lower-right corner of the screen near the date and time.<br \/>\nBy default, the widget will display the current temperature for your location and a very brief weather forecast in the taskbar itself. These cards show sports scores, stock prices, weather forecasts, or local traffic. A page with more details will load on MSN.com in the Edge browser. (Even the widget\u2019s weather card opens an MSN weather website instead of Windows 10\u2019s built-in Weather app.)<\/p>\n<p>If you want to configure how a card works\u2014such as changing the location in the weather card or adding a ticker symbol to the finance card\u2014click the menu button in the upper-right corner of the card panel. In the \u201cInformation Cards\u201d section, flip the switches to \u201coff\u201d beside the cards that you want to hide. In that case, you\u2019ll need to log out of your Microsoft account in your browser, reload the MSN widget settings page, and then make the changes again.
