Ewan McGregor\u2019s daughter Clara still managed to walk a red carpet after a dog brutally bit her face, requiring a trip<\/a> to the emergency room.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old actress app<\/a>eared in good spirts despite the scary incident, sharing photos of herself from the event with her injuries on full display.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a dog bite lands you in the ER 30 mins before the red carpet\ud83d\ude05 thank you @themobmuseum\u00a0for having us,\u00a0@thebirthdaycakemovie\u00a0comes out in theaters and on VOD June 18th!\u201d she captioned a series of photos<\/a>, including one of the actress in the hospital.<\/p>\n

Clara has a role in \u201cThe Birthday Cake,\u201d which stars her famous father, and she also acted as a co-producer on it. <\/p>\n

Clara, who was dressed in Fendi, also managed to attend the afterparty for the mob flick. <\/p>\n

Her post about her injuries was flooded with supportive comments from friends and fans. <\/p>\n

\u201cShameless\u201d star Jeremy White commented, \u201cLooks tough.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another pal noted, \u201cso badass and iconic\u2026 But ow.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBlack-ish\u201d\u00a0star Liz Jenkins added: \u201cOh nooo! still a stunner. But I\u2019m so sorry that happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clara and her father appear to have made amends since she publicly called him an \u201ca\u2013hole\u201d in 2019 for leaving her mother, Eve Mavrakis, for his \u201cFargo\u201d co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Clara subsequently opened up about her substance abuse issues and mental health struggles.<\/p>\n

\u201cIv [sic] been so ashamed of some of my mental health issues that I haven\u2019t even wanted to tell friends. Iv suffered from crippling anxiety since i was 4 years and gone through my fair share of depression,\u201d she wrote in a Notes app message in 2019. \u201cIv gone to therapy since I was a kid and I am so grateful for what therapy and psychoanalysis has done for me. Iv worked on myself and continued to do so.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clara described her anxiety as a \u201ccage I was stuck in and still struggle to get out of\u201d but credited prescription medication Lexapro for helping her out of a dark place. She also said her anxiety led her to abuse Xanax but that she had been clean for 110 days.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to [Utah rehab] Cirque Lodge for a little while to get myself on track and met the most wonderful people who changed my life,\u201d she continued. \u201cI was so ashamed of my addiction, of my anxiety and depression. I was ashamed of the abuse I had let happen to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ewan has spoken publicly<\/a> about battling alcohol addiction.\n <\/div>\n
