You\u2019ve been warned!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The second episode of\u00a0<em>Loki<\/em>\u00a0on Disney+ revealed <em>a lot<\/em>, including having our Loki (<strong>Tom Hiddleston<\/strong>) come face-to-face with the Variant of himself wracking havoc on the Time Variance Authority and the Sacred Timeline. This isn\u2019t the first time we\u2019ve seen a version of Loki like this \u2013 the comic book world has seen all sorts of Loki variants (well, maybe not in the TVA definition of the word), including this one.<\/p>\n<p>Read on to learn more about this other version of Loki, and what it could mean for the MCU.<span id=\"more-676750\"><\/span><br \/>\n<!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post --><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-676780 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Lady-Loki-Explained-700x438.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Lady-Loki-Explained-700x438.jpeg 700w, https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Lady-Loki-Explained-360x225.jpeg 360w, https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Lady-Loki-Explained-768x480.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Its_Loki_Lady_Style\"><\/span><strong>It\u2019s Loki, Lady Style!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>That\u2019s right \u2014 the other Loki is a woman, played by <strong>Sophia Di Martino<\/strong>. The show hinted at this in the first episode when Loki\u2019s TVA file listed him as gender fluid, and it\u2019s been something Marvel fans have been speculating about since Marvel announced Di Martino\u2019s casting.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the fan speculation rested on the fact that this isn\u2019t the first time there\u2019s been a female version of Loki. <em>Thor<\/em> #5 and #6 in the 2007-8 comic book run, written by J. Michael Straczynski and penciled by Olivier Coipel, features Loki in the body of Lady Sif. 2009\u2019s <em>The New Avengers <\/em>#54 and #56, part of the <em>Dark Reign <\/em>arc written by Brian Michael Bendis and penciled by Stuart Immonen, also feature Loki in female form.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, the 2019 young adult novel <em>Loki: Where Mischief Lies<\/em> by Mackenzi Lee also establishes that Loki is pansexual and gender fluid, teeing up the initial tease in episode 1.<\/p>\n<p>All these versions of Loki, however, have one thing in common \u2014 they\u2019re all Loki. This means that each version of the trickster is well, tricky. All will have Loki\u2019s same ambitions, hang-ups, and personality traits. And all will likely waffle between being an anti-hero and a straight-up villain.<br \/>\n<!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post_2 --><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-676567 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/loki-crying-tva-700x300.jpg\" alt=\"Loki Panel Discussion\" width=\"700\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/loki-crying-tva.jpg 700w, https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/loki-crying-tva-360x154.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Will_Lady_Loki_Mean_For_Disneys_Loki\"><\/span><strong>What Will Lady Loki Mean For Disney+\u2019s <em>Loki<\/em>?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>We don\u2019t know too much about Di Martino\u2019s Loki yet, other than she is pretty bent on destroying the Sacred Timeline and isn\u2019t afraid to kill a few Minutemen to do so. She also has clear contempt for Hiddleston\u2019s Loki when the two meet in 2050 Alabama. Why does she hate herself so much? Perhaps this isn\u2019t the first Loki variant she\u2019s run across \u2014 maybe enough Lokis have branched off the Sacred Timeline that she\u2019s had more than a few interactions with them, and she\u2019s frankly sick of it. That\u2019s pure speculation, however, though I\u2019d love to see some of those other versions of Loki up close and personal.<\/p>\n<p>If the show pulls from the comics at all, Lady Loki could be part of the Cabal introduced in <em>The Dark Reign<\/em> storyline. The Cabal in the comics is a secret society of supervillains and anti-heroes who are up to no good. In addition to Loki, the group includes Doctor Doom, Namor, Emma Frost, The Hood, and Norman Osborn. Does that mean we might see one or more of these other villains pop up in the remaining episodes of <em>Loki<\/em>? Given that Disney now controls the film and TV rights to the mutants and is making a <em>Fantastic Four<\/em> movie, it\u2019s certainly <em>possible<\/em> that Frost or Doctor Doom could make an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance, though it\u2019s highly unlikely and you shouldn\u2019t get your hopes up.<\/p>\n<p>Di Martino\u2019s Loki clearly has a plan of some sort.
