Cross\u2019 research is part of \u201ca larger effort to call into question the idea that married, two-parent families matter not just for Black children but, indeed, all children.\u201d Yet this \u201crevisionist effort\u201d relies on \u201ccherry picking a few findings\u201d and \u201cobscures the full truth from the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a>s about the importance of two-parent families for kids.\u201d As President Barack Obama noted in 2008, fatherless kids \u201care five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime.\u201d They\u2019re \u201cmore likely to have behavioral problems, or run away from home, or become teenage parents themselves.\u201d The \u201cfoundations of our community are weaker because of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic: The Elites\u2019 Anti-Israel Bias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>College campuses, medical and mental-health professionals, \u201cpeople whose careers are rooted in inquiry and fact are falling over each other to condemn Israel for last month\u2019s defensive war against Hamas,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/8900\/baseless-israel-bashing-permeates-science\">warns psych prof Phyllis Chesler at The Investigative Project<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t know how to stop the lies about Israeli \u2018massacres\u2019\u200a\u201d when they\u2019ve been \u201camplified by professors at so many universities,\u201d the media and professional publications. Journals like The Lancet, Scientific American, faculty and teachers unions and various professional organizations are rife with anti-Israel bias. The incoming president of Psychologists for <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social<\/a> Responsibility, despite her lack of expertise, is \u201cstrongly\u201d pro-Palestinian. \u201cThe propaganda has swiftly unleashed mini-pogroms and major pogroms against Jews around the world.\u201d Yet Jews in the diaspora \u201chave no\u201d Israel Defense Forces \u201cto defend them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iconoclast: The Menace of Identity Politics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Humanity\u2019s natural \u201cacquisitiveness and loyalty to the interests of one\u2019s own group\u201d for millennia meant that \u201cthe natural form of government was hierarchical, run by a dominant group that arranged affairs to its benefit and oppressed outsiders,\u201d with attempts at other arrangements \u201cunstable and short-lived,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/spectatorworld.com\/topic\/identity-crisis-politics-race-wreck-america-charles-murray\/\">explains Charles Murray at Spectator World <\/a>\u2014 until America\u2019s founders designed \u201ca system with multiple safeguards against the forces that had made previous attempts self-destruct.\u201d That makes identity politics a direct threat to our democracy: \u201cIt not only permits but insists that the power of the state be used to reward favored groups at the expense of everyone else. That view of power is the defining characteristic of the natural form of government that humankind endured until the miracle at Philadelphia in 1787.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>From the right: Critical Race Theory Is Losing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With opposition to critical race theory growing, liberals are \u201cfrantically trying to redefine the terms of the debate,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/the-left-is-trying-to-redefine-critical-race-theory-because-they-are-losing\">notes the Washington Examiner\u2019s Zachary Faria<\/a>. They\u2019re \u201casking that you pay no attention to the curriculum behind the curtain\u201d and denying that CRT is being taught in schools. Even Nikole Hannah-Jones, architect of the controversial 1619 Project, \u201cis trying to distance her shoddy \u2018journalism\u2019 from critical race theory because the push against it is real and effective.\u201d It\u2019s a good sign that liberals feel the need to \u201cconstantly move the goal posts\u201d because it means \u201cthey are losing the fight to indoctrinate America\u2019s youth with their toxic and divisive racial obsession. We are on the right path, and the push to reject these ideas must continue apace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Libertarian: Joe\u2019s Broken Promise on Taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new analysis by the center-left Tax Policy Center finds 60 percent of Americans, including many making less than $400,000, will face higher tax burdens under President Biden\u2019s first budget \u2014 even though he vowed not to raise taxes on such people, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/reason.com\/2021\/06\/16\/bidens-tax-plan-means-60-percent-of-taxpayers-will-pay-more\/\">reports Eric Boehm at Reason<\/a>. \u201cIn fact, three-quarters of households earning between $75,000 and $100,000\u201d would face an average tax hike of $440, thanks largely to companies passing along Biden\u2019s corporate tax hike to \u201cshareholders and workers in the form of lower investment earnings and compensation.\u201d Yes, some hikes may be needed to balance the budget, but Biden should\u2019ve been honest: \u201cA more expensive government means higher taxes on almost everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014 Compiled by The Post Editorial Board<\/em>\n            <\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
