Her arrival came around six months after Jessica returned to Chicago, Illinois, from Park City, Utah. Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a> to the tattoo parlor is illustrative of the cozy relationship 40-year-old April shares with her 39-year-old ex, who is also in the Marines.<\/p>\n<p>April, the manager of a dental office in Jacksonville, North Carolina, often treats Roy like her No. 1 guy. Much like Lisa\u2019s fianc\u00e9, Jack Marchesi, a 55-year-old regional sales manager, he is largely unfazed by the tension.<\/p>\n<p>If only their significant others felt the same way.<\/p>\n<p>Appearing on \u201cYou, Me &amp; My Ex,\u201d Wendy puts on a brave face \u2014 at least in front of the cameras. \u201cWhen I took on Jimmy, I took on a whole lot of baggage,\u201d she says, with a note of resignation.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa can\u2019t hold back the snark, concluding: \u201cI will always be Jimmy\u2019s first love.
