Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway<\/em> has received a new \u201clong PV\u201d, which shows off more footage from the movie and focuses on the terrorist organization Mafty.<\/span><\/p>\n

The movie, which is the first of a trilogy, is currently screening in Japan following multiple delays, and will become available worldwide on Netflix on July 1<\/a>. The story\u00a0centers on Hathaway Noa, the son of Londo Bell commander Bright Noa, who has become the leader of an anti-Earth Federation organization called Mafty after the events of\u00a0Cha<\/em>r\u2019s Counterattack<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The staff of\u00a0Mobile Suit Gundam<\/em>\u00a0Hathaway\u00a0<\/em>includes Sh\u016bk\u014d Murase (Genocidal Organ<\/i>) as director, Yasuyuki Mut\u014d (Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise<\/i>) as script<\/a>writer, Takako Suzuki (Mobile Suit<\/i>\u00a0Gundam Narrative<\/i>) as color designer, Kentaro Waki (SWORD ART ONLINE<\/i>\u00a0\u2013Alicization<\/i>\u2013\u00a0War of Underworld<\/i>) as photography director, and Hiroyuki Sawano as music composer (Attack on Titan Final Season<\/i>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Pablo Uchida (Gundam Reconguista in G<\/i>\u00a0design works), Naoyuki Onda (Psycho Pass 3\u00a0<\/i>character designer and chief animation director), and Shigeki Kuhara (Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul<\/i>\u00a0animation director) are designing the characters based on drafts by Haruhiko Mikimoto (Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress<\/i>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Hajime Katoki (Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative<\/i>), Mitoshi Yamaneki (Gundam Reconguista in G<\/i>), Seiichi Nakatani (Gundam Reconguista in G<\/i>\u00a0design works), and Nobuhiko Genma (various roles in\u00a0Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn<\/i>) are in charge of the mechanical designs, based on drafts by Yasuhiro Moriki\u00a0(Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise<\/i>\u00a0mechanical designer). Takayuki Masuo (Genocial Organ<\/i>) and Tomohiro Fujie (Mobile Suit<\/i>\u00a0Gundam Narrative<\/i>) are the 3D directors. Sunrise is in charge of the planning and production for\u00a0Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The movie\u2019s cast includes Kensh\u014d Ono as Hathaway Noa, Reina Ueda as Gigi Andalucia, Junichi Suwabe as Kenneth Sleg, and S\u014dma Sait\u014d as Lane Aim.<\/span><\/p>\n
