“#Tinder\u2019s new feature lets users chat before they match<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

For the first time, Tinder is letting users chat before they match.<\/p>\n

The app<\/a> has launched a game<\/a> called Hot Takes that connects potential spouses in a speed dating-style game that\u2019s now available every day\u00a0from 6PM-midnight local time.<\/p>\n

Users will first be shown some multiple-choice questions, such as: \u201cWhich of these is most pretentious? Bragging you don\u2019t have TikTok, natural wine, saying your found something first, or<\/del> or Oxford comma enthusiasts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tinder will then drop them into a chat with another user who\u2019s given similar answers.<\/p>\n

The potential spouses can then talk before deciding whether to give one another a \u201cLike\u201d or a \u201cNope.\u201d want to match with one another. But users will need to make their first impression quickly \u2014 they only get 30 seconds to make their choice.<\/p>\n

For those of us who prefer a more leisurely pace of courtship, Tinder is also introducing a new section called Explore that provides different ways of meeting people.<\/p>\n
