But these singles are going to have their work cut out for them, because they\u2019re all wearing terrifying, elaborate makeup and prosthetics that turns them into animals, and bugs, and the devil, and also a scarecrow? I think? It\u2019s all rather alarming.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the\u00a0<em>Sexy Beasts<\/em> trailer below and then consider repenting for whatever sins caused this.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sexy_Beasts_Trailer\"><\/span><strong>Sexy Beasts Trailer<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post --><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sexy Beasts | Official Trailer | Netflix\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IJO5m6EFL6A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t subscribe to the belief that we\u2019re stuck in a nightmarish collapsing simulation, but every now and then, something comes along to make me reconsider that. The latest source of my existential dread is\u00a0<em>Sexy Beasts<\/em>, a Netflix show that looks like it was made for furries and\/or demons escaped from the deepest pit of hell.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sexy Beasts<\/em> is described as \u201ca dating show that takes looks completely out of the equation using fantastical, cutting edge prosthetics to transform the daters \u2013 giving them a chance to find love purely based on personality!\u201d And oddly enough, this isn\u2019t entirely new. It\u2019s actually a reboot of a show that aired in the UK in 2014. And that show was already rebooted once in America in 2105 on A&amp;E. Here\u2019s some footage to prove it.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sexy Beasts: This Cat Strikes Out (Season 1, Episode 3) | A&amp;E\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/B5Gh4bLWHwM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m not sure why anyone thought a show full of castaways from\u00a0<em>The Island of Dr. Moreau<\/em> trying to bang each other would be a good idea\u2026but after re-reading what I just wrote, I guess I understand the \u201cwhy\u201d after all. That doesn\u2019t mean I have to like it, though. But hey, I get it: we have strayed from god\u2019s light, and our punishment is to suffer the\u00a0eldritch horrors of\u00a0<em>Sexy Beasts<\/em>. She\u2019s casually chatting about health insurance and doesn\u2019t seem the least bit alarmed that she has a giant panda head. The confusing thing about this show (well, one of the confusing things) is that despite the title, not everyone here is decked out like an animal. While the\u00a0<em>majority<\/em> of folks <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear to be animal-influenced, there are a few outliers. Like this person, who seems to be dressed like James Woods\u2019 Hades from Disney\u2019s\u00a0<em>Hercules<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-2.28.50-PM.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-678504\" src=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-2.28.50-PM-700x363.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-2.28.50-PM-700x363.jpg 700w, https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-2.28.50-PM-360x187.jpg 360w, https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-2.28.50-PM-768x398.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Scarecrow\"><\/span><strong>A Scarecrow<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post_3 -->See, this is what I\u2019m talking about \u2013 why is one of the contestants a scarecrow? Is a scarecrow a \u201cbeast\u201d? I suppose a scarecrow can be a monster in a horror movie, but this one seems like a stretch,\u00a0<em>Sexy Beasts<\/em>. The ripped stitch mouth just makes the whole thing all the more disturbing. Once, this scarecrow man had his mouth sealed shut, and then he ripped the stitches free. Sure, why not? After all, this show was clearly created by the devil\u2019s minions. I do wonder if the contestants get to pick their look. Like, did this lady come in one day and say, \u201cCan you make me into\u00a0<em>the devil<\/em> instead of an aardvark?\u201d And the makeup team shrugged and said, \u201cSure, why not? A very bored-looking fox. Or wolf, maybe. Some sort of canine, at least. And whoever or whatever this figure is, they\u2019re not feeling it. But they also don\u2019t look disturbed, either. They simply seem to be saying, \u201cThis is my life now. There are a lot of ghoulish designs to be seen in this trailer, but this dolphin \u2013 with the blowhole in the center of the forehead like a third eye \u2013 is truly something to behold. There are more beasts to see in this trailer, but I\u2019m afraid if I post any more I may go completely mad. My hair has already turned completely white and my eyes are bleeding, so I think I\u2019m going to call it a day.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sexy Beasts<\/em> arrives on Netflix on <strong>July 21<\/strong>.
