Yet, there\u2019s no clear timetable for anything, and it\u2019s hard to imagine the producers will publicly give one anytime soon. Why would they? The last thing that they want to do is start handing down some false expectations.<\/p>\n<p>For the sake of this article, what we want to focus on further is simply what Starz can focus on to keep us\u00a0<em>Outlander\u00a0<\/em>fans satisfied with during the drought. This will likely end up being one of the longest Droughtlanders yet, as we have a hard time thinking that the show is going to be back on the air until we get around to mid-to-late 2021 \u2026 and that\u2019s at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For some more discussions on the future of\u00a0<em>Outlander,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>be sure to watch our video at the bottom of this article! Promote heavily\u00a0<em>Men in Kilts,\u00a0<\/em>and give it the best platform possible\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Our hope is that the Sam Heughan \u2013 Graham McTavish <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> series will premiere this fall, and that by the time it\u2019s over, at least we\u2019ll have some <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> starting to come out from\u00a0<em>Outlander\u00a0<\/em>production. It may not be the story of Diana Gabaldon\u2019s characters, but in a lot of ways it feels like a spiritual companion to the show. It at least touches on some similar parts of history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Consider some reunion specials\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 What better way to keep fans excited than by giving them a couple of different chances to see the cast? What we\u2019d love if a three or four-episode series of video interviews, whether in-person in Scotland during production or virtual, that allow viewers to get a better sense of what could be coming. Think in terms of 15 to 20-minute videos as opposed to the tiny clips that the show sometimes puts out there. It could be a window into the great rapport the cast all have with each other.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. A split-season format\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Personally, we\u2019re not for splitting up the 12-episode season 6 in halves. It could interrupt the flow of the story! The benefit to doing this is that you may be able to get some episodes out faster while others go through post-production, but we don\u2019t think the show needs to be in\u00a0<em>that\u00a0<\/em>much of a hurry.
