I guess the idea of \u201cbrotherly love\u201d didn\u2019t include giving Padalecki a heads up about this.<br \/><span id=\"more-679035\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_The_Winchesters_About\"><\/span>What is The Winchesters About?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Deadline provided the following synopsis of <em>The Winchesters<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post -->Before Sam and Dean, there was John and Mary. Told from the perspective of narrator Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles),\u00a0<em>The Winchesters<\/em>\u00a0is the epic, untold love story of how John met Mary and how they put it all on the line to not only save their love, but the entire world.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cAfter<em>\u00a0Supernatural<\/em>\u00a0wr<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed its 15th season, we knew it wasn\u2019t over,\u201d Ackles explained in a statement. \u201cBecause like we say in the show, \u2018nothing ever really ends, does it?\u2019 When Danneel and I formed Chaos Machine Productions, we knew the first story we wanted to tell was the story of John and Mary Winchester, or rather the\u00a0<em>Supernatural<\/em>\u00a0origin story. I always felt like my character, Dean, would have wanted to know more about his parents\u2019 relationship and how it came to be. Wish I heard about this some way other than Twitter. I\u2019m excited to watch, but bummed that Sam Winchester had no involvement whatsoever.\u201d In <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jarpad\/status\/1408246547867971586\">another tweet<\/a>, he confirmed that this news was not a bad joke, saying, \u201cThis is the first I\u2019ve heard about it. I\u2019m gutted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And because the state of modern fandom is completely fucked, Padalecki had to issue a follow-up statement begging his fans not to resort to violence. \u201cHey world,\u201d he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jarpad\/status\/1408442589569863690\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cThank you for the love. Please PLEASE don\u2019t send any hate or threats. I care deeply about everybody involved and would be in true misery if any of them were harmed or threatened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Supernatural<\/em> has one of the most loyal and vocal fan bases of any genre TV show, and they\u2019ve spent a decade and a half completely invested not only in the relationship between Ackles\u2019 and Padalecki\u2019s characters, but the off-screen relationship between the actors themselves. Will a fan base that puts such a high value on loyalty be willing to even give <em>The Winchesters<\/em> a chance, given how Padalecki was left high and dry?
