A 23-year-old man was shot multiple times by a group of thugs as they swiped his watch in Upper Manhattan \u2014 with video of the attack released by police on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Four muggers jumped the victim on West 207th Street near Sherman Avenue around 1:30 a.m. on June 11, police said.<\/p>\n

The video tweeted by NYPD Crime Stoppers<\/a> shows the hooded assailants shooting at the man before fleeing in a white Mercedes Benz driven by a fifth man.<\/p>\n

The crew opened fire when the victim refused to hand over his jewelry \u2014 with at least one of the robbers pulling out a weapon and firing. <\/p>\n

He was struck in the torso, buttocks and leg, cops said. It\u2019s unclear how many of the men fired.<\/p>\n

The robbers stole the helpless man\u2019s watch before they took off, cops said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
