Just as quickly as he mused about the remake, he shot it down. \u201cI won\u2019t do it, internet! What would a\u00a0<em>Reservoir Dogs<\/em> remake look like? Others have played with Tarantino\u2019s vision, ranging from the charming\u00a0Angulo kids in\u00a0<em><strong>The Wolfpack<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>to Bollywood greats in\u00a0<strong><em>Kaante<\/em><\/strong><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>(Tarantino himself <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/lucknow-times\/Tarantino-likes-the-cop-y-robber-tale\/articleshow\/2029668.cms?from=mdr\">praised the latter<\/a>, which he said took\u00a0<em>Reservoir Dogs\u00a0<\/em>and expanded on it.) But how would the man himself remake the film that started it all?<\/p>\n<p>Making the story contemporary would be possible if you somehow removed cell phones from the equation, but Tarantino has shown us time and again his love for period pieces, and seeing him take on the \u201990s through the veil of nostalgia would be a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>. Should he have decided to go full\u00a0<strong>Michael Haneke<\/strong> and remake his script shot-for-shot, how would he have distinguished this version? Can you imagine the cast announcements?\u00a0(<strong>James McAvoy<\/strong> would make a killer Mr. Orange and\u00a0<strong>Bill Hader<\/strong> is the perfect Mr. Pink, by the way.) Had Tarantino decided to remake\u00a0<em>Reservoir Dogs,\u00a0<\/em>the built-in audience would have been there. The director has been tight-lipped about his decision, but there are plenty of possibilities. There\u2019s the <em><strong>Star Trek <\/strong><\/em>script that he\u2019s been talking about for years, though that\u2019s looking less likely\u00a0as time goes on. There\u2019s also <em><strong>Kill Bill Vol. 3<\/strong><\/em>, which would possibly revolve around a grown up Nikki getting her revenge on The Bride (<strong>Uma Thurman<\/strong>). Knowing Tarantino, it\u2019ll be something completely out of left field.<\/p>\n<p>What we do know for sure is that Tarantino is calling it quits after movie number 10. He had almost considered quitting after\u00a0<em><strong>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/em>but has since declared that he\u2019s sticking to his 10-film slate. 10 is the magic number, he explained to Maher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know film history and from here on in, filmmakers do not get better. <strong>Don Siegel<\/strong>. If he had quit his career in 1979 when he did <em><strong>Escape from Alcatraz<\/strong><\/em>, what a final film!
