But will Katie see through his sweet-talking lies? Read on for the Episode 4 recap to find out what goes down this week!<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_group_date\"><\/span>The group date<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The men show up to the group date where they find out they\u2019re going to be playing a ridiculous <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> of Truth or Dare. Katie needs a funny man, damn it, and if you\u2019re not willing to wax your armpit on national television, well, you might not be the guy for her. Katie invites her \u201ctwo friends\u201d Kaitlyn and Tayshia to help her out with this date and I don\u2019t get why we\u2019re not just referring to them as the hosts that won\u2019t go away. <em>Ever<\/em>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; border: 0; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: 0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width: 540px; min-width: 326px; padding: 0; width: calc(100% - 2px);\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CQonPVwL-UQ\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"13\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>So the guys are dared to eat super-sized servings of Twinkies, cake, and pasta and my first thought is YUM, but my second thought is, I\u2019m just praying that none of these dudes are on the Keto diet because this date is going to destroy any progress made. After the carb fest, things start to heat up. The guys have to eat a habanero pepper (aka the hottest food pretty much ever) before getting down on one knee and proposing to Katie. Greg gets down on one knee and tells Katie he loves her\u2026 and like, this proposal is fake, right? But, is it? Katie seems a little too h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y with the vision of Greg on one knee. Girlfriend already is in love. I\u2019m calling it now.<\/p>\n<p>The nighttime portion of the date is for the \u201ctruth\u201d part of the game.<em> I know, if only Thomas was on this date. <\/em>Katie spends time opening up with each of the men, specifically Greg (shocker), who she admits she\u2019s falling for. But even with Katie\u2019s confession, Greg admits that he\u2019s struggling living in a house with other men who are also fighting to be the final man.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; border: 0; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: 0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width: 540px; min-width: 326px; padding: 0; width: calc(100% - 2px);\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CQrZwpgNQJl\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"13\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI haven\u2019t felt like this in a long time. I\u2019m crazy about the girl,\u201d he admits in his confessional. Precious.<\/p>\n<p>While Katie and Greg are gushing over one another, the rest of the men are gushing about Thomas. And since we\u2019re all about being truthful here, Tre feels compelled to tell Katie the truth about Thomas and his motives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s been a pattern of manipulative behavior with him,\u201d he admits, adding that Thomas\u2019 goal is to become the next Bachelor. Katie is clearly upset and disturbed by this <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>, and ends up giving Tre the group date rose for being so open and honest.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_surprise_visitor\"><\/span>A surprise visitor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The next day, Tayshia shows up to Katie\u2019s hotel room to share some unexpected news. Apparently, Blake Moynes from Tayshia and Clare\u2019s season of <em>The Bachelorette <\/em>wants to pull a Nick Viall and join Katie\u2019s cast of men mid-season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe can\u2019t stop thinking about you and he\u2019s here and he wants to talk to you and see if you\u2019ll give him a chance,\u201d Tayshia tells her. I\u2019m so here for this. It\u2019s clear the Thomas train-wreck can only go on so much longer so we\u2019ll need some new drama to focus on and Blake will deliver just that. A former contestant showing up halfway through the season? The men will flip out. Pass the popcorn. Let\u2019s do this.<\/p>\n<p>After meeting Blake, it\u2019s clear Katie is intrigued but also concerned. She knows that this would be Blake\u2019s third attempt at dating a Bachelorette on television \u2014 and that\u2019s not exactly a good look. But Blake assures her that this has nothing to do with the show, but the potential he sees in her.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_cocktail_party\"><\/span>The cocktail party<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The men CAN. NOT. stop hating on Thomas, so he takes matters into his own hands and shows up to Katie\u2019s room ahead of the cocktail party. A preemptive strike, if you will. Katie looks like she\u2019d rather see literally anyone other than Thomas at this point, but let\u2019s him in anyway. She flat out asks him if he\u2019s thought about being the next Bachelor but he continues to defend himself and manipulate her. He even says he\u2019ll sign something (???) to prove that he\u2019s being truthful about his intentions. LIES. Kick this dude to the curb, Katie. The rest of the men are understandably confused and angry that he continues to manipulate Katie.<\/p>\n<p>The topic of the cocktail party continues to be about Thomas and his negativity, leaving Katie with a lot to think about ahead of the rose ceremony.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_rose_ceremony\"><\/span>The rose ceremony<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Right as Katie is about to start the rose ceremony, Thomas speaks up and openly apologizes to the entire room. Not sure what he\u2019s even apologizing for at this point if he doesn\u2019t think he\u2019s done anything wrong, but whatever. Katie starts handing out the roses and to everyone\u2019s surprise, calls Thomas\u2019 name. SHOCKED. I screamed in my bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>But she didn\u2019t call his name to offer him a rose. Instead, she uses the time to tell him off in front of the entire room.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour Bachelor audition ends tonight, so get out.\u201d See ya never, Thomas!<\/p>\n<p>After the ceremony, Katie heads to Blake\u2019s room and tells him she wants him to join the show to which he happily accepts.
