Emmy and Grammy winner Harry Connick Jr.<\/a> will join NBC\u2019s upcoming holiday production of \u201cAnnie Live!\u201d as one of Broadway\u2019s favorite fathers, Sir Oliver\u00a0\u201cDaddy\u201d Warbucks. <\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the 53-year-old actor\u2019s first time on the stage. Harry Connick Jr. scored Tony Award nominations for lead actor in \u201cThe Pajama Game<\/a>\u201d in 2006 and for composer\/lyricist for 2001\u2019s \u201cThou Shalt Not.\u201d<\/p>\n

Connick Jr. will lead the NBC production alongside Taraji P. Henson<\/a>, who will play orphanage boss, Miss Hannigan.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m thrilled to have the opportunity to play Daddy Warbucks in \u2018Annie Live!\u2019 and working alongside Taraji P. Henson is a dream come true,\u201d\u00a0said Connick Jr.<\/p>\n
