\n Police have taken custody of a woman they suspect bashed cops over the head with a cane on the Brooklyn Bridge Wednesday, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

The unidentified woman was escorted in handcuffs and leg irons from the 5th Precinct stationhouse in Lower Manhattan and put into an ambulance shortly after noon Thursday.<\/p>\n

Exclusive video shows that although her wrists were shackled behind her back, she managed to work her hands around to flip the bird at Post journalists.<\/p>\n

Asked to explain her alleged actions on the bridge, the woman \u2014 who wore a shirt saying \u201cWANTED\u201d in yellow letters \u2014 denied any involvement in Wednesday\u2019s incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t attack nobody,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The woman \u2014 who had a sock on her left foot and nothing on her right \u2014 was taken to Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital for a preliminary psychiatric exam, sources said.<\/p>\n

She was brought back to the stationhouse around 1:35 p.m. but said nothing as she went inside.<\/p>\n

The woman allegedly hit an NYPD sergeant when she was arrested earlier in the day, and cops allegedly found pot in her car, sources said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
