If it\u2019s too sweltering to venture outside, there\u2019s plenty to watch on TV while you keep cool and celebrate Independence Day.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few suggestions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%9CMacys_4th_of_July_Fireworks_Spectacular%E2%80%9D_8_pm_on_NBC\"><\/span>\u201cMacy\u2019s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular,\u201d 8 p.m. on NBC<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After a subdued show last year, this annual two- hour special is back with a star-studded lineup and hosts Ryan Eggold (\u201cNew Amsterdam\u201d) and Renee Elise Goldsberry (\u201cGirls5Eva\u201d). Performances include the Jonas Brothers, One Republic, Coldplay and Reba McEntire. There will also be a light show featuring 350 drones while the Jonas Brothers perform their single, \u201cLeave Before You Love Me.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%9CYellowstone%E2%80%9D_Noon_on_Paramount_Network\"><\/span>\u201cYellowstone,\u201d Noon on Paramount Network<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Because what\u2019s more American than Kevin Costner in a cowboy hat and dysfunctional families? Technically it\u2019s not about American history or Independence Day, but it is the TV equivalent of a summer day at the beach.
