Early reporting suggests that Gibbs will only be in a small fraction of the season \u2014 hence, why producers are bringing Gary Cole in. He\u2019s not replacing Gibbs on the team, but he may fill the gap in terms of his screen time.<\/p>\n<p>So what sort of Gibbs appearances\u00a0<em>should\u00a0<\/em>we expect? Are there some that we can bank on? We want to take you through some of what we could foresee taking place throughout the season\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before we dive into it further, though,\u00a0<\/strong>why not watch our review of the season 18 finale? We suggest that you do that below! After the events of the finale, it feels almost impossible to not include Gibbs in that story! This could be where we learn how he survives and gets revenge for what\u00a0<em>almost\u00a0<\/em>happened to him \u2014 maybe he and\/or Marcie (shouldn\u2019t she return?) catch who is responsible in this episode. If not, maybe it happens in episode 2. If nothing else, we\u2019re sure the first episode or two will help to explain why Gibbs becomes more of an off-screen presence on the show for a while. They have to write something in there, right?<\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0<em>NCIS\u00a0<\/em>wants to turn Gibbs\u2019 hunt for the truth into some ongoing storyline, they could bring Harmon back here and there throughout the season to continue it. If he\u2019s only in a small handful of stories, it would make sense to space out the appearances so he\u2019s not gone for TOO long. It\u2019d be important in our mind to have him back for a potential holiday episode \u2014 after all, don\u2019t you want to remind everyone that\u00a0<em>NCIS\u00a0<\/em>is a family? We also think it\u2019d make a certain degree of sense to have him back for the season 19 finale, especially if it turns out to be the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>finale. Nothing is altogether certain there.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever Gibbs\u00a0<em>is\u00a0<\/em>featured on season 19, we\u2019re sure there will be very specific reasons.
