A 27-year-old bicyclist is clinging to life after crashing into a pedestrian on the edge of Brooklyn\u2019s Prospect Park on the Fourth of July, cops said.<\/p>\n

The near-deadly collision occurred at the intersection of\u00a0Prospect Park Southwest and 16th Street in Windsor Terrace around 11 a.m., authorities said.<\/p>\n

The biker was taken to Maimonides Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, while the 58-year-old pedestrian, who sources said was in the crosswalk, was taken to Methodist Hospital.<\/p>\n

The cyclist was in the bike lane at the time, sources added.<\/p>\n
