\u201cAmerica\u2019s Dad\u2019\u2019-turned-sex fiend Bill Cosby isn\u2019t too happ<\/a>y about Howard University\u2019s rebuke of actress Phylicia Rashad\u2019s\u00a0tweet praising his release<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The historically black university in Washington, DC said the comment from Rashad, its incoming College of Fine Arts dean, \u201clacked sensitivity\u201d \u2014 outraging Cosby, who has been posting non-stop on Instagram and Facebook<\/a> since his sex-assault conviction was overturned Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoward University you must support ones Freedom of Speech (Ms. Rashad), which is taught or suppose to be taught everyday at that renowned law school, which resides on your campus,\u201d Cosby said in a nearly incomprehensible statement reported by Deadline<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The fallen funnyman\u2019s statement blasted the news<\/a> media, who he said \u201care the Insurrectionists, who stormed the Capitol.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThose same Media Insurrectionists are trying to demolish the Constitution of these United State of America on this Independence Day,\u201d the statement released by Cosby rep Andrew Wyatt continued. \u201cNo technicality \u2014 it\u2019s a violation of ones rights & we the people stand in support of Ms.\u00a0Phylicia Rashad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cosby spent about two and a half years behind bars following his conviction on aggravated indecent assault charges for drugging and raping former pal Andrea Constand in 2004. <\/p>\n

The \u201cKids Say The Darndest Things\u201d star himself admitted he liked to drug women before having sex \u2014 but his 2018 conviction was vacated because the admission came under an immunity agreement with then-Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor Jr.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cosby\u2019s release from prison last week earned virtual cheers from his \u201cCosby Show\u201d co-star Rashad, who called his guilty conviction \u201ca miscarriage of justice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFINALLY!!!! A terrible wrong is being righted- a miscarriage of justice is corrected!\u201d Rashad wrote in the since-deleted post. <\/p>\n

Rashad quickly walked back her comments, tweeting that she \u201cfully support[s] survivors of sexual assault coming forward. My post was in no way intended to be insensitive to their truth.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also issued a formal apology to students and parents<\/a> at Howard University, promising to \u201cengage in active listening and participate in training\u201d to become a \u201cstronger ally to sexual assault survivors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Howard University rebuked Rashad\u2019s celebratory comments in a statement, saying it would \u201ccontinue to advocate for survivors fully and support their right to be heard.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPersonal positions of University leadership do not reflect Howard University\u2019s policies,\u201d the school said.<\/p>\n

Cosby has tweeted or posted on Instagram<\/a> no less than six times since his release, mostly to falsely proclaim his innocence or share supportive comments for him and Rashad.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the disgraced star shared the June 30 court decision allowing his release. <\/p>\n

On Sunday, he shared a video of Judge Joe Brown slamming the women Cosby drugged and raped as \u201cgroupies\u201d who should be \u201caccountable for their own behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bimbos come to the party, they hang out, they get drunk, they snort lines of blow, and they have a good time,\u201d Brown says in the clip.<\/p>\n
