\u201cShark Week\u201d lies on the horizon \u2014 always a good indicator that it\u2019s July in the world of television.<\/p>\n

This year, Discovery\u2019s annual programming slate, now in its 33rd year, airs\/streams over 45 hours of all-things sharks (and then some) from Sunday, July 11 to Sunday, July 18, including exclusive specials on discovery+.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a look at some of what\u2019s coming up, including celebisodes featuring Tiffany Haddish, William Shatner, JB Smoove and \u201cStranger Things\u201d star Noah Schnapp<\/a>. These all air on Discovery, except where noted.<\/p>\n

\u201cSharkbait with David Dobrik<\/strong>\u201d (July 11 on discovery+). The YouTube<\/a> star and his pals go diving with some really underwater beasts.<\/p>\n

\u201cCrikey: It\u2019s Shark Week<\/strong>\u201d (July 11 at 8 p.m.) Robert Irwin (\u201cCrikey!: It\u2019s the Irwins\u201d) goes diving with conservationists Paul de Gelder and Madison Stewart.<\/p>\n

\u201cTiffany Haddish Does Shark Week<\/strong>\u201d (July 11 at 9 p.m.) Haddish is joined by Dr. Toby Daly-Engel, Dr. Craig O\u2019Connell and Alanna Vellacott, ostensibly to \u201cuncover the secret of shark sex sailing on the fanciest yachts\u2026\u201d Good luck with that.<\/p>\n

\u201cExpedition Unknown: Shark Trek<\/strong>\u201d (July 12 at 10 p.m.) Discovery host Josh Gates takes William Shatner shark diving \u2014 a first for the 90-year-old showbiz legend.<\/p>\n

\u201cMotherSharker<\/strong>\u201d (July 13 at 8 p.m.) If only for its title. A team of scientists explore where tiger sharks give birth, using an arsenal of state-of-the-art technology<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrad Paisley\u2019s Shark Country<\/strong>\u201d (July 13 at 9 p.m.) Paisley and comedian JB Smoove travel<\/a> to the Bahamas to learn about sharks. Hijinks ensue.<\/p>\n

\u201cTiger Queen<\/strong>\u201d (July 14 on discovery+). Examines the shark population in Turks and Caicos, which has a sizable concentration of female tiger sharks. Hosted by Kinga Philipps and Dr. Austin Gallagher.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Real Sharknado<\/strong>\u201d (July 14 at 9 p.m.) \u201cSharknado\u201d stars Tara Reid and Ian Ziering see if a real Sharknado can happen. Hey, you never know.<\/p>\n

\u201cDr. Pimple Popper Pops Shark Week<\/strong>\u201d (July 15 at 8 p.m.) Dr. Sandra Lee goes to Turks and Caicos to explore the world of shark skin and its applications to human skin issues. Or something.<\/p>\n

\u201cSharkadelic Summer 2<\/strong>\u201d (Thursday at 9 p.m.) Snoop Dogg breaks down crazy shark encounters for the second consecutive year.<\/p>\n

\u201cNinja Sharks: Mutants Rising<\/strong>\u201d (July 16 at 8 p.m.) Catchy title as a team of scientists examine three sharks in ancient shipwrecks off the coast of North Carolina who\u2019ve developed \u201cunique and deadly ninja skills.\u201d We\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n

\u201cMystery Of The Black Demon Shark<\/strong>\u201d (July 16 at 10 p.m.) Adventurer Forrest Galante travels to the Baja Peninsula to get a glimpse of the legendary \u201cEl Domonio Negro,\u201d a 50-foot shark that\u2019s terrorized fishermen and tourists for years. But does it really exist?<\/p>\n

\u201cI Was Prey: Terrors of the Deep 2<\/strong>\u201d (July 16 at 11 p.m.) Two survivors talk about surviving horrific shark attacks (are there any other kind?) \u2014 and not <\/em>becoming underwater snacks.<\/p>\n

\u201cRogue Tiger Shark: The Hunt for Lagertha<\/strong>\u201d (July 17 on discovery+). There\u2019s an aggressive beast lurking in the waters just off the coast of Costa Rica. A team of scientists explore its behavior.<\/p>\n

\u201cReturn to Shark Vortex<\/strong>\u201d (July 17 at 8 p.m.) This one takes place in the icy New England waters and includes new footage and insights into the \u201cphantom shark\u201d \u2014 and which members of the species reigns supreme.<\/p><\/div>\n
