Sci-fi anime<\/a> <\/span>Sonny Boy <\/span><\/i>will be streaming on Ani-One for countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Premiering on July 16, the series<\/a> will stream at 12:30 AM (GMT+8) every Friday.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The series will be available in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Palau, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tonga, Thailand, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n

The title will also be available on Taiwan\u2019s Bahamut, CATCHPLAY, Chunghwa Telecom (MOD&Hami Video), friDay, KKTV, Line TV, and myVideo; Singapore\u2019s CATCHPLAY and meWATCH; and Indonesia\u2019s CATCHPLAY as well. Bilibili Asia and iQIYI are also streaming the anime, which previewed its first episode on June 19.<\/span><\/p>\n

The anime\u2019s staff <\/span>includes<\/span> Shingo Natsume as director, script<\/a>writer and musical advisor, Norifumi Kugai (<\/span>ACCA: 13<\/span><\/i>) as character designer, Mari Fujino (<\/span>Dororo<\/span><\/i>) as art director, Ken Hashimoto (<\/span>BEASTARS<\/span><\/i>) as color key artist, Akane Fushihara (<\/span>No Game<\/a> No Life: Zero<\/span><\/i>) as director of photography, Kashiko Kimura (<\/span>Btooom!<\/span><\/i>) as editor, and Sh\u014dji Hata (<\/span>Death Note<\/span><\/i>) as sound director, with original designs by Hisashi Euguchi (<\/span>Perfect Blue<\/span><\/i>). The anime\u2019s theme song \u201cSh\u014dnen Sh\u014djo\u201d (\u201cBoys and Girls\u201d) is performed by Ging Nang Boyz.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Various musicians such as Sunset Rollercoaster, VIDEOTAPEMUSIC, The Natsuyasumi Band, mitsume, Ogawa & Tokoro, Mid-Air Thief, Kaneyorimasaru, toe, and Conisch are contributing to the anime\u2019s soundtrack as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The anime\u2019s main cast includes Aoi Ichikawa as Nagara, Saori \u014cnishi as Nozomi, Aoi Y\u016bki as Mizuko, and Chiaki Kobayashi as Asakaze.<\/span><\/p>\n
