Derek Carr is setting the record straight. <\/p>\n

The Raiders quarterback says he\u2019s not the \u201cmotherf\u2013ker\u201d Tom Brady was referring to in comments he made on HBO\u2019s \u201cThe Shop\u201d while discussing his free agency before\u00a0the 2020 season.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom what I know, it wasn\u2019t me, which is good,\u201d Carr said on\u00a0\u201cBrother from Another<\/a>\u201d on Wednesday. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf it was, I\u2019ve gotten in enough trouble trying to challenge people to fights. But, as a man, Tom, I know you got the rings, but if it\u2019s not me then we\u2019re good. What I heard, it wasn\u2019t me, and so I\u2019m good with that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carr declined to name names, but he said he received the info from \u201ca good source.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brady\u2019s cryptic comment came in a late June episode of \u201cThe Shop,\u201d when he revealed a a mystery team passed on him to keep their quarterback when he decided to leave New England after 20 years. <\/p>\n
