Robert Meers, the former CEO of Reebok and Lululemon, and Miriam Kelly, just sold their Madison Square home<\/a> for $3.75 million, according to property records.<\/p>\n

That is less than the $3.86 million they bought it for back in 2009<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 15 E. 26th St. first went on the market <\/a>for $4.99 million in 2018. <\/p>\n

The 16th-floor unit is 2,077 square feet. <\/p>\n

It features high ceilings, oversize windows, walnut floors, an open layout \u2014 and views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. <\/p>\n

The building, which dates to 1910, overlooks Madison Square Park. <\/p>\n

Amenities include a common roof deck, a gym, wine storage, a tasting room, doorman and concierge.<\/p>\n

The buyers are Diane and Marc Greenwald.<\/p>\n

The listing brokers are Arlene Reed and Annie Gruenberger of Warburg Realty, who declined to comment.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
