The CEO of the Dippin\u2019 Dots ice cream empire, who\u2019s been accused of waging a revenge porn campaign against his ex-girlfriend, reportedly admitted that he sent a photo of her to his ex\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n

In a June 29 court filing that was reviewed by Insider<\/a>, an attorney for Scott Fischer, the ice cream executive, denied many of the allegations made in a lawsuit filed earlier this year by Amanda Brown, who dated Fischer for roughly two years.<\/p>\n

But the attorney also confirmed that Fisher sent an image and text to Brown\u2019s mother in January, after the couple had broken up.<\/p>\n

Fischer\u2019s lawyers did not specify what the image was, but Brown has previously alleged that it was a \u201cprivate sexual image\u201d and described the experience of him sending it to her mother as \u201ctraumatizing.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the most recent court filing, Fischer\u2019s attorney said, \u201cDefendant admits he sent a photo of [Brown] and the alleged text to her mother on January 14, 2021,\u201d according to Insider.<\/p>\n

According to the original lawsuit from Brown, the text accompanying the image read, \u201cI\u2019m sending this out tomorrow. Then I\u2019m going to file a petition for [the dog]. I asked for a peaceful exit. I said I had a girlfriend and wanted to move on peacefully. I can hurt so much more. Watch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown has also alleged that Fischer would threaten to withhold money from her during their relationship unless she gave him X-rated snaps \u2014 and that he then tried to use the pics as \u201cblackmail\u201d to keep her in line, court papers show.<\/p>\n

Fischer\u2019s lawyers have fought to have the \u201coutlandish\u201d case sealed, saying it contains \u201cunnecessary inflammatory, and hyperbolic allegations\u201d and is simply an attempt to \u201cextort\u201d their client, according to separate court papers\u00a0and TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fischer sued Brown in April, alleging that when he ended the relationship, Brown took his car and dog, and moved to Tennessee. <\/p>\n

The ice cream magnate \u2014 who once app<\/a>eared on the TV show \u201cUndercover Boss\u201d \u2014 said in court documents that Brown\u2019s camp at one point suggested \u201cthat if Defendant did not pay a large amount of money to Plaintiff, they would make the allegations in the Petition public causing Defendant embarrassment which he should want to avoid.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fischer\u2019s camp did not immediately return a request for comment from The Post on Friday.<\/p>\n

But his lawyers previously told TMZ, \u201cThis inflammatory lawsuit brought forth by Ms. Brown is nothing more than an attempt to extort Mr. Fischer after he ended their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is unfortunate that she has stooped to the level of attacking my client through an outlandish lawsuit, covering up her illegal actions.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Fischer is disappointed this has become a legal matter despite his efforts to bring about a respectful resolution. He is ready to put the matter behind him and move forward,\u201d his lawyers said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
