The \u201cSex and the City\u2019s\u201d reboot series<\/a> is now shooting in New York City \u2014 and just like that, HBO Max has released first-look images for fans.<\/p>\n

A series of photos dropped Friday featuring Sarah Jessica Parker<\/a>, 56, as Carrie Bradshaw, Cynthia Nixon, 55, as Miranda Hobbes, and Kristin Davis, 56, as Charlotte York hitting the Big App<\/a>le streets.<\/p>\n

The new series \u2014 titled \u201cAnd Just Like That\u2026\u201d \u2014 will follow in its predecessor\u2019s footsteps and tell the stories of the three besties as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s \u2014\u00a0to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. <\/p>\n

They will being doing this self-discovery sans original co-star Kim Cattrall, 64, who\u00a0isn\u2019t returning\u00a0as the beloved, raunchy Samantha Jones.<\/p>\n

However, the 10-part series has confirmed the return of many characters, including leading men Chris Noth, John Corbett, David Eigenberg and Evan Handler, along with fan favorite besties Mario Cantone and Willie Garson.\u00a0\u201cAnd Just Like That \u2026\u201d is adding in new characters as well, including Sara Ram\u00edrez starring as \u201ca nonbinary, queer stand-up comedia<\/a>n.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to starring in the revival, SJP, Davis, and Nixon are all executive producers on the production, accompanying executive producers Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, John Melfi and Michael Patrick King. \u201cAnd Just Like That\u201d writers include Michael Patrick King, Samantha Irby, Rachna Fruchbom, Keli Goff, Julie Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The original series \u2014 which ran from 1998 to 2004 on HBO and spawned to feature films \u2014 was created by Darren Star and based on the book \u201cSex and the City\u201d by Candace Bushnell<\/a>. The revival \u201cAnd Just Like That\u201d is to air on HBO Max.<\/p>\n

Last month, Parker, Nixon and Davis shared a photo following their first table read. <\/p>\n
