Simultaneously, he explained he\u2019d caught a serious case of pneumonia that required special medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel better,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m out of the hospital. I had fuckin\u2019 pneumonia really, really bad. Health is wealth. Everybody take care of your body, you know what I\u2019m saying? Take it easy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I\u2019m good. I\u2019m in the back of the Maybach watching <em>Belly.\u00a0<\/em>I just don\u2019t want people to think I\u2019m somewhere in the hospital, fucked up. I\u2019m up. Now I\u2019m on the way to my mama\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cI\u2019m out of the hospital with an all gold Cartier, rose gold.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Gunna is out of hospital!! The <em>Jeffery<\/em> rapper visited Gunna while he was in the hospital and left him four new luxury watches, including the Cartier and\u00a0three Audemars Piguets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStill my birthday,\u201d Gunna said in a video of the visit. \u201cStill my birthday. Not one, not two, not three, FOUR. Still my birthday!\u201d He added in the caption, \u201cMy twin @thuggerthugger1 ain\u2019t never late. I think I\u2019m feeling better already.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gunna turned 28 years old in June and received $100,000 in an Air Jordan shoe box from his \u201cHeating Up\u201d collaborator Lil Baby.
