<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>       SolarWinds Corp., the software company at the center of a massive cyberattack last year, is warning some customers that hackers have discovered and exploited a new vulnerability.<\/p>\n<p> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solarwinds.com\/trust-center\/security-advisories\/cve-2021-35211\" class=\"icon none\">In a statement<\/a> released over the weekend, SolarWinds<br \/>\n        SWI,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/208088323\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-1.84%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       warned users of its Serv-U Managed File Transfer Server\u00a0and\u00a0Serv-U Secured FTP to im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely install a hotfix to secure the vulnerability. If left unpatched, \u201cAn attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or run programs on the affected system,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       Austin, Texas-based SolarWinds said it was alerted to the hack by Microsoft Corp.<br \/>\n        MSFT,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207732364\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-0.22%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       and that it involves \u201ca limited, targeted set of customers and a single threat actor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SolarWinds stressed that the vulnerability specifically targets its Serv-U products: \u201cTo the best of our understanding, no other SolarWinds products have been affected by this vulnerability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company said the latest breach is \u201ccompletely unrelated\u201d to last year\u2019s massive \u201cSunburst\u201d breach, which exposed potentially sensitive data at a number of federal agencies, including the Treasury Department, and major companies, including Intel Corp.<br \/>\n        INTC,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/203649727\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+1.32%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       Cisco Systems Inc.<br \/>\n        CSCO,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209509471\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-0.95%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       and Nividia Corp.<br \/>\n        NVDA,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/200467500\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+2.31%<\/bg-quote><span>.<\/span>\n      <\/p>\n<p>SolarWinds said it did not know which of its customers have been targeted in the latest cyberattack, nor does it have an estimate of how many customers were affected. <\/p>\n<p>Shares of SolarWinds fell nearly 2% on Monday, giving up early gains after the company predicted an upbeat second-quarter revenue outlook.
