After all of the Emmy love, we have a feeling that people are going to want it more than ever!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, there\u2019s a difference between wanting something and it actually happening, and we have to remember that as we go through the elaborate waiting <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> here. There\u2019s at least a\u00a0<em>chance <\/em>that a second season could be ordered, and that\u2019s something that Kate Winslet herself indicated in an interview with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2021\/07\/kate-winslet-mare-of-easttown-season-2-emmy-nominations-1234792455\/\">Deadline<\/a> today:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201cI would love to play her again, I absolutely believe there\u2019s more chapters to her story \u2026 However, just because the story has touched people that doesn\u2019t necessarily mean creatively we can do it again. But it doesn\u2019t mean closing doors; we\u2019re opening doors, exploring what\u2019s behind the doors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The thing to remember with HBO is simply this: They won\u2019t be doing a\u00a0<em>Mare of Easttown\u00a0<\/em>season 2 unless they believe in it with every fabric of their being. They know that they\u2019ve created something great already and won\u2019t want to tarnish that legacy; they have SO many other good shows coming up and recognize fully that there are opportunities aplenty to create and explore different things. It\u2019s also possible that they could just work on something else with Winslet down the road; they are always open to further collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t think that there\u2019s going to be any rush to confirm anything when it comes to the future of\u00a0<em>Mare of Easttown.\u00a0<\/em>They can bring it back at any time, and HBO tends to allow the creators to figure out their own schedule.
